Just came from a few casuals on 3S an CvS2ā¦propers to the staff (Art and Asian dude with glasses, didnāt catch your name bro, sorry) and the folks I played with. I foresee great things for this arcade. It helps that we can go to Tunnel Top Bar afterwards and knock a few back.
Forsure Ima come down Monday. So hopefully I get some cvs2 action and 3S. Any room for a console set up ? I can donate a copy of tvc and a Wii fight sticks with sakes buttons already.

Me and a friend went there this afternoon and were really impressed with the place. We were on the 3s cab for about 3 hours learning how to play the game. Iām really excited to have a place like this downtown and I definitely plan on being around more often.
Hey, were you two the bi-cultural friends (donāt know how to say it without sounding racist)? One was learning yang and the other was using akuma.
Will probably be there today for some CvS2. Havenāt played that shit in years, kind of excited

as for tekken, they dont plan on getting tekken6, they said they will just wait for tekkentag2 since it is coming out in a few months
According to their latest article on Southtown, hereās a few things to note.
*SSFVI Arcade Edition will come before the 23rd of this month
*Tournaments will likely start in June
*Tekken 6: BR could be coming, but itās a balancing act on that one.

Went through this past Saturday night, played some KOFXIII and 3S and I gotta say, I havenāt been this excited about an arcade for years! All the sticks and buttons are in great condition, staff was very friendly and the place although small, has great potential.
If I were to suggest anything, would be to place a couple of commercial grade fans here and there, because when it gets crowded, it will feel stuffy (and god knows a few of us donāt know the meaning of deodorant) and when people start sweating it becomes quite unpleasant =P (SVGL Iām looking at you).
Parking is not an issue as thereās a parking garage right across the street.
Iāll definitely be coming during the week from now on, get hype SF!
Saturdays/Sundays/Mondays are usually the only days I can go. Canāt wait for AE! Gotta relearn CvS2, I pretty much forgot likeā¦everything.
Hmm I have an Idea to have people gather on the same day for a game. Like Third Strike Thursdays, Marvel Mondays ( MVC3 Console, or MVC2 ? ) So when you wanna play against people for a certain game so we have some competition?
Better yet, it would be cool if they have tournaments.
