20% done doesn’t mean that the graphics and stuff won’t look up to snuff. Depending on how much of the old engine they’re using, they might not really need to do much in the graphics. 20% could mean that the basic engine (graphics wise at least) is just about done and what they’re working on is the fighting engine and the characters.

Not that the game requires it but some fan service is always welcome sight to me 
I’m fine with fan service, but Soul Calibur IV went a bit too far.
I’m good with charecters like Juri and Morrigan, or early Viper, but Soul Calibur V had everyone dressed like whores, and had the already fan service characters taken to the level of semi pornography.
The whole “destroy your clothes” thing was where it shifted from fan service to outright creepiness to me.

Mortal Kombat’s females are nearly softcore porn (especially Mileena’s flesh pit outfit). And then they get bloodied and bruised so it just crosses themes and it just feels weird.
I honestly didn’t see SC4 as an overly sexy/fanservice game.
I hope this game gets really hype and has a community backing. I started out on Soul Calibur and it is my strongest game by far. I’d love for it to become a more competitive affair! I make Yoshi work
