Haha that’s the spirit! It’s uploading now so even if i fall asleep (cuz i helluva need a nap), those of you who subscribed to the channel will see an update immediately when it’s done processing.

Damn though, this thing took a really long time to encode. I switched over to using the x264 codec with MeGUI between the second and third TACV episodes, and it’s been producing much nicer results on u2b. Unfortunately the encoding process is also taking three to four times as long as WME did. No clue why it’s acting so slow. Either my computer is getting old or i’ve been using some setting that nobody else does.

SF4 Biweekly TACV 05: Rufus / C.Viper

It was really difficult getting these two off their standard combo rails. Everything goes in one direction with them.

Commendations, it is irritating when you find that a character with what seems to be a multitude of possobilities turns out to be somewhat meagre.

However it was a great effort & i particularly liked the Multiple Knuckles on Guile.

Yeah Capcom did a great job of making them seem very powerful and fun to use while still keeping their combos in check. It’s absolutely amazing how much stuff Viper can do without being able to combine any of it.

Nice job on that Magneto MSH combo. Love that game.

Magneto flight dash loop is inhumanly impossible to do. I didn’t know you could OTG off of Tempest either. Combos for that game are so rad.

Yeah, nothing about that MSH combo is the least bit practical. The OTG is kinda complicated too. I’d try to explain it but joo’s MvC2 DVD is right around the corner and it’s got clear explanation vids that’ll make combos like this much easier to understand. It’s much easier to convey Marvel concepts with visual examples since it’s all positional.
