Miku might not belong to Sega but they make her games and the holographic technology for her concerts. With the latter, Sega wouldn’t have a problem getting Miku for this game if they wanted.

Yeah the excuse for Ristar doesn’t hold water when Metal Sonic has a similar head (they said that he didn’t look right from behind but I don’t buy that). Bayo should be either in an angel car or on that motorcycle with it transforming into a rocket for the sky and a form of that aquatic angel boss. Ryo could be a forklift cycle jet ski thingy.
