something odd....

So I didn’t see this anywhere in patch notes, and didn’t see it in the first patched when he was “nerfed”.

When using Sent, performing his basic M->F->S air combo, then W. Rocket punch xx Hyper Sentinel Force, then relaunch, it only allows one more hit before the character flips out of stun.

Is this something fixed, or is this something that has always been there?

Pretty sure that’s always been there.

Its always been like that, this is because launchers do not produce/avoid hit stun deterioration, if you don’t launch you only get a single hit after the HSF.
