As for the Ibuki statement. I don’t know. I haven’t seen it, how often have you seen it? there isn’t too many really good Ibuki players here in the states. She gets owned pretty fast. a fatty genei jin combo will just demolish almost the whole bar.
As for 12, Yamazaki is probably the best I’ve seen. I’ve seen Valle play 12 and that was pretty sick. I wouldn’t call 12 top tier because the known top tiers can demolish him without too much trouble because he is weak when hes waking up. Its pretty much like savage genei jin, chun’s kara throwing that shit all over the place, or ken just flat out beasting that shit in the corner.

I like Pierre’s style of play more, it’s fluid and a lot more random, his style of play actally impresses me with his actual style. RX is great but he’s more entertaining in a combo video way, he busts out impressive shit but it doesn’t seem to get as many wins at the end of the day as Pierre does 
Also I hate RX’s color.
Pierre gets meter really fast. He really knows how to use his normals. Its like he has his own personal Urien space bubble and its hard to get into.
You just gotta love RX tho because his execution is rock solid execution and just the ammount of improvising a Urien player has to do on the fly makes him really impressive.
I like what someone said back there that the corner isn’t 50/50 its 100% of the time. Not being interested in Urien has nothing to do with his tier listing. I like his hair; that doesn’t make him top tier. Urien hasn’t developed one bit. He’s been the exact same thing since 1999, just like the entire cast of Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike. It’s the players that developed. They learn Urien’s strengths, weakness, improve their execution and apply those things during a match. Urien, from what we can see, will never EVER get better. The players will.
