This is brand new due to a recent RMA that went through Western Digital, so you will be receiving this brand new as an OEM and not a retail kit.
As this is OEM you will receive only the harddrive itself without any paperwork or accessories.
Bare harddrive only inside anti-static bag.
Since the flood in Thailand where Western Digital manufactures their products, the price of their harddrives has basically increased dramatically as they are hardly ever in-stock at retail outlets.
For $120 with a Limited Warranty/Upgrade until 2015 this is a steal so grab this while you can for your storage concerns.
