Its so many fighting games, both SNK and Capcom, that I"m trying to get back into its kinda starting to get overwhelming right now!:amazed:And with me working now and starting school next month, and getting a secong job so I can finally get my own place soon…real soon (my sister is kinda power trippin’ right now lol), I just don’t have time to play like I use to back in the day you know? I either want to play but I’m busy, or I just dont feel like playing when I’m not busy. But I"m sure once I get in a few matches with you guys I’ll try to get back up to speed! It was great fun. With so many games going on, I didn’t get to play everyone that was there.
Had a few KOFXI matches and a lot of 2002. Played massive Alpha 2 and a lil’ 3S, but no ST.

Basically, the plan is for me to run those three games, but kofxi is probably the most risky one, because there aren’t that many tournies for it at all, so I want to see a healthy amount of interest before I actually run it. If by the middle of next week or so, there’s not too much interest, then I’m just going to run the game that had the most entrants for this saturday’s tournament instead.

If you guys want 98 or 2k2, though, somebody would have to bring the needed console, pc, or whatever, because I don’t have any of those things. Please post up asap, I want to have this all planned out at least a week before the tourney.

KOF XI would be the best option for me since is on PS2, and unless Nocturnal can take his system with some sticks we can do 98’.

Everybody has access to a ps2 and a copy of XI so I suggest u do a tourney of only that game. If the tourney starts at 12pm/1pm then I will go coz I have to do some stuff at 4pm.
I asked in the events thread how was the comp of XI at ELAC coz I may be able to go some weekday next week to check the arcade. If it has at least a small scene then maybe the turnout of the XI tourney will be better than if nobody plays the game in the college ( so it wiil only depends on people coming from outside ).
A KOF XI tourney sounds good. It makes a lot of sense, because like it has already been said, the copies of this game are uniform and thus, everyone should be used to the controls/console game engine.
I’d join, but I cannot make the April 5 tourney due to prior obligations. T_T
