We have SSF4 Finals and closing ceremony estimated to finish by 10PM(Give or take 30mins to an hour for Murphy’s law). On Saturday we’re running brackets all the way to finalists across all the games so there’s no carry over on Sunday. So only top 3 or top 8 are showcased during Sunday finals.
As for the BYOC area we have roughly 10 station spots in the East of the Foyer and 4-5 spots in the West.
4 spots are reserved for a sponsor in the West part of the foyer.
If you’re interested in running a side tournament then my suggestion is to get to the venue as early as possible to secure your spot. Allocating spots for side tournaments wouldn’t be fair to players that just want to play casuals either. That’s why we say first come first serve so you know what you’re getting into.

We will not be providing any monitors for the BYOC area. We simply don’t have the resources to cover extra equipment at this point.
