Its time to start planning for another meet guys…lets make it happen before EVO at least. I really dont want to be all rusty for EVO so I’ll be doing my practicing with Giby mostly until another meet gets planned. Only thing is who will host the nest meet and when would be a good day/time? Post up what works out for everyone…take care.

I’m busy as hell with school, but I can make time for a meet. I remember we all decided on July 30th at Rens meet a little before we left. Would that date still work for everyone?
Unfortunately, I won’t be around until Evo. So, my practice will have to come around then. Hopefully, you guys can get together before that to sharpen your skills before Evo.
Thats too bad…I was really looking foward to playing some great matches with ya again. Well I can wait till EVO I suppose, I just hope you’ll be ready for us then :). Either way I’ll be doing some big time training with Giby till before the meet and EVO as well. I dont want to be rusty at all when I get to EVO I got some money to take :). Sorry for not post’n up for a little while. You guys should be receive’n some decent updates fairly soon. I’ve been work’n on some stuff for us behind the seens in the mean time. Well, for now, it looks like we’ll be moving the next meet’s date up a week to 7/23. Hopefully yalls can make it. Tentatively speaking, it will be at my pad.

Sounds good to me…I guess it could be the last meet before EVO kinda thing then. So that means everyone should try making it to this one to get some real good practice. guys, im hearing GOOD THINGS about the PS2 version of Garou, if there is any way we can scoop this up i suggest we do so

I’ve been hear’n the whispers as well, but even if some of us were to pick it up, we will NOT be have’n this on PS2, AES or MVS for the tourney. More than likely we will wind up have’n Garou on a diff platform NEXT year, but NOT this year (it’s primarily a logistics issue). Thnx for look’n out tho. I look forward to test drive’n this ver (hopefully) soon.

I’ll be testing it out tonight from a friend of mine who got it…so I’ll let you guys know whats up with it. I’m sure people will have this at EVO but I know that we wont have enough of them for a tourney either way. So DC or MVS works out for me…I’ll see you guys around.

Magician…im procurring it now…why not have it on PS2’s if we all can gather the resources?
That means Magician will need to get that new Saturn PS2 pad ha…that and I doubt we could get that many mod or jap PS2 for the tourney. Once I get my hands on the game I’ll find out if its worthy or not ha…cause you never know I might find something wrong with it. Alright take care.

everyone else that has the game is basically saying the same thing…that its arcade perfect, i dont think THAT many people can be so wrong about a game…i myself am getting the game…wel first i dled it but as soon as i work again first paycheck, part of it is going to import Garou…im absolutely convinveced this version of Garou is what we have been wanting…arcade perfect
I just got my hands on the game not that long ago…I already posted what I thought of it and found. First is that it plays like the arcade version yes, all the slow downs aren’t as bad when you do supers. When you guard cancel it doesn’t show the guard cancel sign, which kinda felt weird at first. Besides that it plays pretty well though I would love to test it with Giby further, if he was able to stop by though. Alright well I’ll be doing some more testing with it as I get more time to play with it. I’ll post up more stuff I might find wrong or good with it. Take care.

The location is usually pmed to the people who are attendiong. We have casuals and tournies. We have discussed team tournies, but we haven’t attempted it yet since we haven’t had enough people to do it.
Noc, let me know the next time you get MOTW in your possesion. We can test it out together and you can beat the crap out of me. I’m rusty as hell.
