Confirmed, there is an AH2 machine at Boomers here in Irvine. It’s fun but there are a number of problems with it. I don’t feel like going into the details right now, but you can all ask me later.

No kidding, having 2 D buttons and no E button really sucks. Ok, so there’s another BIG problem with the machine. It eats tokens like a hawk. Rob popped in like $4 worth of tokens before it finally registered a credit. I called Boomers yesterday and they said they would try to get it fixed as soon as they can. So apparently whoever told me that they couldn’t get it fixed no matter what is a fat liar. Anyway, I went there yesterday and the employees said they don’t know when exactly it’s going to be fixed because the guy who’s in charge of the testing for the machine has gone MIA. I went there again earlier today only to find out that the machine had a blank screen with “no signal” flashing. I don’t know if that’s better or worse than it was before. They possibly could have taken the board out for some repairs but all the fixes need to be done on the machine itself and not the board. Either that or the video out connection was loose. Ugh, I don’t know anymore, too many possibilities. I just hope they get it fixed soon. I wish Examu or the guy in charge of the test would hand over the test machine to the Irvine crew because we’d be more than willing to test it out for them. It’s SO not going to get any play at Boomers aside from us really, especially if it’s eating coins. What a mess. I suppose all we can do is wait. I’ll check the machine on a regular basis since it’s not too far from me.
Anyway, Gasaraki’s on Sunday? I’ll definitely be at home this weekend. Though I haven’t played AHF since Evo. I dunno if I can go back after having played AH2 but we’ll see.
I’m cool with it. If there’s alot of people I’ll need help moving my TV to another room, but yeah.

Vegas this weekend? Dang. Well, I’m not sure if I’ll go this weekend now that I think about it. After having played AH2, I don’t think I can go back. 
Feels like too different of a game. I might have been spoiled. I guess I’ll go depending on who else goes.

Yeah, it really sucks. I explained the situation in the AH2 thread. AI never had it to begin with, and I dunno when they’ll be getting it. And the test machine at Boomers is officially gone and they barely had it for a week.
Anyone down for AH this weekend? I might be available. I know I said that I wouldn’t go back to AHF after having played AH2 but the return to the nonexistence of AH2 machines here on the WC leaves me no choice. :bluu:
