Started off playing with Kanji but didn’t really dig him that much. Been trying out Akihiko and he seems to be pretty cool (despite getting zoned for days). Rush down and rekka-style play is awesome.
I started with Naoto, and after a day or so, I seen she wasn’t really the character for me despite being hyped to play as her for a while.
Now I’m maining Akihiko, rush down is fun as hell!
I kind of want to learn to play Aigis, but I don’t know if I want to put the time in with her that I’d need to so I would at least be pretty good with her, and then end up rarely using her.
Nonetheless, it’s still a new game, I’m still getting familiar with everyone, and may end up changing anyhow.
Only had it for 3 days and only fought A.I, but I fell in love with Labrys’ voiceImeanplaystyle. So definitely maining her currently, maybe learn Slabrys on the side if that benefits from any matchups that the normal one does not.
Still plenty of time to change and there are many characters I have not touched. I promised myself I’d main whoever feels the best, regardless of tier or character loyalty, for once.

Maining naoto… crazy fun to play as and having 5 supers 2 that instant kill 1 that mutes ain’t half bad
I wanted to main Naoto but she turned out to be much more complex and difficult to play than I wanted. Teddie is a bit annoying, but he’s very well-rounded and extremely easy to pick up and play. I think his higher spot on the tier list is justified
right now I am trying to play Akihiko. He has strong rushdown but man he suffers against projectile characters and Kanji. I am thinking about playing Chie as well for her strong damage and easier combo strings and the strong use of her persona is a great help.
I main between Kanji and Akihiko. Akihiko is amazing for rushdown, and Kanji used right can wipe the floor with people.
Playing Shadow Lab. She’s not a great button masher, so I’ll be losing for a while until I know what I"m doing.
It will be worth it in due time. Her unblockable setups are so damn vicious, I imagine they make her virtually insta-win against low level internet opponents.

I main aigis and chie somewhat…
It’s funny, but I hate playing against zoning character, yet I’m using Yukiko. Crazy, really.
I also use Chie for my rushdown characters, but Yukiko has been my go to girl online.
