What local BB scene? You guys are never around!
Jin is annoying, but I’ve seen many good combos that don’t use his ice at all. Although most do, the main hate for Jin I find is either his grab loop or the ice car spam, although you can tech out of the throws and block his ice cars~ So I don’t see the problem that much. I like Jin ^^ especially when fighting Ragna lol
Jin shouldn’t be hated anymore after the nerfs they gave him in CS.
He shouldn’t be as annoying anymore like he was in CT.
He’s still Jin, which is reason enough for me to still hate his nutty arse.
Haku-men, however is a different story altogether.

Pretty much how the conversation was when I tried to play against my friend 
I finally faced some Jin players in CS, and now I have no problem fighting him anymore, especially since his Freeze has a set time where it dissolves instead of shaking the stick back and forth, so no more left open for an attack mistakes.
I also don’t have a problem with Noel in CS as well.

I hate Jin overall. I think he is really scrubby, ANYONE can learn him and you really dont have to think as much as you would with other characters. Spamming drive all day and im not saying spamming it stupidly. Like even if your good its part of how he plays as a character, I sub him only to learn how to fight him. My main is Ragna and dealing with that getting frozen shit is stupid, I gotta work maddddddddddd hard to get in for you to press 1 button for an instant freeze leading into a FREE combo? Whatever…
The only thing that bugs me about jin is the stick shaking needed to get out of his freeze in CT. Thankfully that is gone in CS.
and the fact that ragna can hit you with his 5b 5c hells fang combo from full screen isnt stupid? or the fact he can nearly guard crush you with one of those combos and a rapid cancel isnt stupid?
and no, not anyone can learn jin he’s a pretty well balanced character when it really comes down to it, he’s got no stupid ass loops, his damage output is fairly reasonable, and good jin players arent going to “drive spam” and then black beat you, if you get caught in that shit, then it’s your fault(sometimes shitty online’s fault)
really to me, jin and ragna are the only semi balanced characters in the game that require alot of thinking and strategy to be really good with, bang too, he’s underrated.
He cant guard crush you if your using green guard. The same way Ragna uses Inferno Divider, Jin has that invincible uppercut. Jin can combo into his freeze, he can play offensive or defensive and He can freeze you like 3 times in one combo lol. Im not saying hes insanely broken just scrubby. My roommate played 4 matches of blazblue and I taught him basic combos and strats within those 4 matches lmao. xD
BTW: I love the game just cant take it serious.
:u: An uppercut with invincibility frames doesn’t make him stupid. It leaves him very wide open after it. He can’t freeze you more than once in a combo unless he uses an ex move. If you are getting frozen more than once, more than likely he could have done a reset and just put you into another combo.
Jin is only hated by scrubs, seasoned players don’t fall for drive shenanigans and icecar foolishness. whiffing ANYTHING with jin will net you a proper ass cuttin from those who know better… That being said I have been known to throw a full screen hail mary icecar FTW:razz:
