I don’t care if 40% of the population uses Jin only a handful of them know how to use him properly and even a smaller percentage of that are sick with him. I’m sure there are people who roll their eyes when they see I choose Jin but when they get owned by my Jin by more then Ice Car they change their minds soon enough.
I don’t mind fighting Jin in ranked. Either he’s decent and I learn something or he sucks and I get a free win.
The console release is still pretty new. Gotta give scrubs time to learn the character. I mean, we all have to start somewhere. A few months down the line, things won’t be as bad.
real fucking talk. I say about 5% of the jins I’ve played know what they are doing. they have no idea of frame traps, strings, legit combos…etc. Me being a Jin who actually tries to excel and learn the in and outs and kinks of the character find that shit mad annoying. Me personally I mained Ky in GG, so I was deadset on playing Jin anyway, I didn’t even know he was so good till after I started playing him. all the bad jins
Give legit Jins a bad name. Then people seem even more pissed when they play a good jin and get wrecked. like damn son, that’s how you improve. Whenever I play somebody who rapes me I feel enlightened, like I still have a long way to go. It’s just such a disproportional rate of good jins to garbage ones that people are lumping them in together.
Just today I played some tager, raped him, he called me a top tier whore(seeing as Jin isn’t even top tier:lame:) and said Jin is easy to play. Now granted he is not omg difficult, but you have to have a certain knack for mixing his strings, and shit up so you can lull the opponent into mistakes. I told him he’s acting like a scrub and I’ll beat him WITH tager. after about four straight matches of tager wins(with one of him playing jin) he had to admit that I didn’t have to play jin to beat him. And that’s really the bottom of the matter. Most of these uninformed cats think that Jin is the easy button and whoever plays him has no real skill and can only play jin. I fucks with Jin, Ragna, Noel, Haku, Tager, Nu, and Bang so if someone gets their panties in a bunch I just pull one of them out and make them look dumber.

From there catch Pace Bus #606, and get off at the last stop. It should be just a little bit after Woodfield Mall.
If you ever go be aware that the #606 bus stops running at 11:30.

I love playing good Jins, it really forces me to up my game so that I can’t just abuse tager busters all day.

It also annoys the crap out of me that I can’t follow up a B tager buster against jin (except 3c and an RC cancel to VS if I’ve got the meter)
When I first started playing I found Jin annoying because of his freeze abilities that set him up for free combos. But after playing a while you get used to his freezes and work around that. I play as Ragna, so I actually enjoy fighting Jins because of the dialogue. 
screenz is downtown, IDK bout gameworks though lol. I play strictly on pad, I played melee(smash) for like 3.5 years and I have retarded ass dexterity with a pad so I just use that. do gameworks have consoles or cabinets?

I’m not a good Jin quite yet though. I’m still learning the in’s and outs of the character. I can punish with some BnB’s right now, but I don’t really have a set plan of what I want to do with Jin in a match since I don’t know about all of the matchups either. I’m just starting to get over my Street Fighter 4 obsession and back into Blazblue mainly so I lost some time that I could have spent making my Jin become decent.
Gameworks is strictly cabinets. I don’t have a stick either, but I did used to play Slash and Accent Core on the side a little bit for Ps2, so I’m not adverse to sticks at all(Should just get my T5 stick fully converter to play 360 games). I figure, it’ll be nice practice to learn on the Cabinets there, so that when I really get a stick I won’t be like “Oh wtf is this?”. I want to be at SBO level one day. I’m fucked if I only know Pad by that time, so it’s no use in holding off the inevitable.
well damn then haha sbo? gl with that. I’d be happy just getting to the professional level atm. I might switch to stick IDK yet, I can do pretty much everything on pad honestly. I can even pull off Marvel infinites and shit lol. But everyone says its a detriment and pad holds you back. I’ll see.

I mean unless you like an easy spamming shoto with Sub-Zero freezes or blond pretty anime boys that switch between acting like a cold uptight jerk and super emo wack job. Fucking Arakune is more likable and that nigga is made of BEES!

I don’t mind Jin at all, but I guess the people who do spam do leave a bad impression on the people actually trying to learn him. It doesnt matter if the majority of the spammers are Jin though, there are spammers with every character. Everybody knows that there are Nu, Noel, and Hakumen spammers as well. It’s annoying to see people just picking on Jin.
