I didn’t buy the new color pack, but when I was playing just now I fought a Ken who used the sweet white hair/red outfit color (looks like Dante). I thought this wasn’t possible unless I bought it too?
That was the original assumption but I confirmed with one of my friends that you can see them without buying them.

That’s the way it should be, it’s ridiculous otherwise. I may even pick it up now.
