I’d agree with this, but I would say there are two exceptions:
- Women who are first generation Americans whose family came from a non-westernized country.
- Women who grew up ranching/farming as they aren’t as spoiled or entitled as women who grew up in the suburbs/city.
My wife is the former, she was born in America, but her entire mother’s side fled Iran soon after the fall of the Shah. They fled the iron fist of the Ayatollah Khomeini and saw a country where women had jobs and careers make a 180 degree turn in a few days. Instead of criticizing me the way in-laws in America tend to, my mother in law and her sisters are constantly praising me for how well I treat my wife. My wife literally treats me like a king, and my friends/co-workers are sad that she doesn’t have any sisters. If my wife passed away would I marry again? HELL NO, because I am far too spoiled to marry 99.99% of American women.
