So Mike_Z, how'd you do sales wise? (or: the elephant in the room)

I’m just wondering how Skullgirls has done in it’s first week of sales. I’m not expecting numbers or anything, but the curiosity is killing me.

or can you at least disclose based on projections and estimates whether you will continue to work on the game (e.g. DLC) because I remember some statement earlier about that being directly related to how well the game does.

I’m 100 % sure they’ve sold more than one copy so far,
My wallet was missing $15 last tuesday.

It’s the #1 selling game on Live. Dunno about PS3 but if online activity is any indicator there sure does seem to be a healthy amount of players.

I believe Ravi said it was the #1 selling XBLA game for the week. I don’t know about PS3 though.

Currently its 7th in arcade. Though its surpassing “I am alive” which is a great game and overtaking it is feat all on its own.

I think is a bit harder on the PSN, games don’t seam to have the most downloaded game of the week label anymore, only the overall bestsellers.
(But i may just be blind)

Well im in the marketplace right now. Went to arcade, clicked most popular and skullgirls is in seventh :stuck_out_tongue: Also look at the link you posted. It says best selling TODAY. maybe alot of people bought it today :stuck_out_tongue:

Couple of hours ago I looked at the PSN leaderboards and it has 7800, so give or take 8k on PSN alone (since not EVERYONE probably plays ranked).

Yeah I personally have been sticking to unranked so I can keep playing rapid games and learn match ups faster. Rematch is a great feature.
