I actually never had a chance to play any of the KOFs with the tag in and out system. I decided to skip 2003 and just get XI instead. I’m liking it so far.
I guess the only thing I would question is the inclusion of characters like Jyazu and Silber. They just don’t seem like KOF characters to me. They just feel so damn out of place. The same with Mauy Thai guy. I just don’t like him. And the boomerang character looks to be lost imo.

Notice how those characters are of the screen to select them? That’s because they are console exclusive characters. But if it makes you feel any better, Aldelheid is the only one in that group that has story involvment. The rest were just added for extra awesomeness.How can you not like Guy?
