i dunno. call me crazy, but i think the naruto ultimate ninja series could be followed pretty much religiously when it comes to following the format of the game.
easy to learn, hard to master gameplay, really outstanding graphics, great music, and interesting touches when it comes to how they handled substitute jutsu battles, jutsu battles, but i’d sorta change the ougi ultimates…make them more in game and relevant to the stage the fighters are in.
n pleaz people, dont start callin the nun series a non fighting game, or some nonsense like that…because we all know its a way polished fg.
Brad Pitt’s character in Snatch. Bare knuckle boxer, small, fast, lightweight, but hits like a goddamn truck. Short range on his attacks to compensate, would lose to zoners and shit, but otherwise yeah. Basically, a grittier, more heavy-hitting less combo-intensive version of Dudley.
a character who’s born without his arms and relies solely on his legs. he combines all the kicking techniques in tae kwon do, capoeira, muay thai, kung fu.
fast with beautiful improvised kicks and lots of combos.
a real ninja like storm shadow from GI Joe or hanzo from SS without the weapons. throw in teleportation, grappling, illusion.

an MMA exponent right out of UFC. just refer to youtube, no lack of moves there.
I wonder if it’s possible to make a character like Guile with only like 2 or three moves that can play very effective without his tools being FB/Uppercut moves in a 2d game.
I think the Street Fighter series needs a black metal fighter from Norway or Finland, Scandinavia needs a fighter. He can spit hard alcohol into a lighter to make a fire ball type move and he can beat guys down with his spiked armband. He should also wear black metal war paint.

Canada:
Alex (from SF3) sized lumberjack with flannel. Bushy black beard! Medium Range punches/kicks and a couple of wrestling moves mixed in for good measure. Maybe a ground tackle + punches like Sean (from SF3). Pretty straight forward.
Australia:
Basically a crocodile dundee stereotype. Leather vest, croc teeth armbands, cowboy hat. Hunting knife special attacks.
His moveset would be entirely normals based save for super/ultras, with superior chains, target combos and commands.
A moderately built, young adult British man. Like Alex but a little less brutish in terms of build and manner. Similair cargo pants, boots and gloves, however. Short crew-cut.
I REALLY want to see Capcom experiment with a character who has NO special moves. Sure, no chip damage outside of super and ultra will hurt him, but it’s part of the uniqueness I think.
First and foremost, my character would look normal. Like, Kyo Kusanagi normal (jeans, shirt, jacket, etc.). 4 buttons (light, medium, hard, special), walk and double tap to run, be a charge character/quarter circle mix, and have some ridiculously stupid combos like from Melty Blood or Guilty Gear. That would be fun.
