I might be up for this, but it might be nice to play a couple of you ahead of time to know just how bad I’m going to lose. 
Any of you have regular days/times on Kaillera, whenever I jump on no one is ever around, let alone playing Garou.

I don’t really use any chat applications. I have one channel I idle in on IRC (but that’s for FPS gaming). I don’t think SRK has a channel, do they?
Mainly I just jump into GodWeapon, Anti3D, DaRoms, or another low ping server after work (usually around 6:00pm EST). I rarely see any Garou games though, maybe one or two a night. Mostly people I’ve never seen before. If anyone ever sees me in a server, just start talkin to me. I’m always up for a couple rounds even if I don’t have a game created.
Yeah SRK has a channel its #capcom on EFnet iirc
EDIT: And you should definately get AIM or MSN or something even if you don’t like them cause I would be REALLY interested playing matches with you, except that randomly joining servers and hoping to find you is hard, so is through an IRC channel cause I would have to set up IRC for it.

ok so the first matchwill be this Friday at 8:00PM Central US time.
Rules:
-MAME 0.64
-Boss characters allowedddd
-Both players must agree on a server. If one wants to host a private server, so be it.
-If a ds or time out occurs, replay it as if the round didnt count.
-Play in Arcade Mode, not Home.
-Set 1.
*IRC channel will have to be decided, if someone wants to host one or something.
*This tournament’s points will be:
1st: 10
2nd: 7
3rd: 5
4th: 3
All other people: 1
Why arcade instead of home? Its a pain in the ass for those that want to choose boss characters…
Well if you do use Home, make sure you use standard options and x1.25 top!

It doesnt really matter too much, like if you wanted you could play the game in Japanese but standard time, top, and 2 rounds. (For this match, the next ones can be different etc)
