I was playing Super Turbo the other day from the Anniversary Edition with a few buddies. I have more experience with the previous SF incarnations(ST2T etc), and it took me a good day to grasp the game but I did grasp it quickly and the gameplay mechanics. I didnt know all the combo secrets, but I know the basic skills from the original turbo etc. I started playing this one guy who clearly knew a lot of combos and tricks etc, at least more so than I did, but I beat him with my fundamental street fighter knowledge. After I won, I was immediately called a noob because I didnt use a combo ever 10 seconds. And that I just got lucky. I beat him again and I got the same message. Anyone else have any BS calls made on you?

Good for you, but this IS an overdone thread, and I expect more now that HDR is out and SF4 is picking up even more. Spare us the stories, or put it in the matchmaking areas.
