So i just got into a car accident and almost died

Then the neighbors came outside and started bitching about their yard being fucked up. Looking at this mans vehicle, like my body wasnt in more pain than the car. The lady who called the cops told them I didnt look like I needed an ambulance.

The woman deserves a punch in the throat. People like that literally make me grind my teeth the amount I would like to punch them.

Glad you made it out alive. That being said, get yourself checked up at the Doctors or something, even if you appear uninjured there’s still the possibility that you have picked up injuries that will effect you for the rest of your life so it is in your interest to find out promptly so your insurance can cover you.

-I completely take the blame for literally causing the accident, I just thought it was a little fucked up how these people went apeshit about their yard and a stupid ass PT Cruiser before ANYTHING was said. My car insurance should have kept him mute if thats the first thing that comes to mind if you see a car into a tree next to your house. I just thought you’d care enough to ask someone were they okay when their car was totaled, instead of “What happened? What did you do to my yard?!!”

A little fucked up? That’s a natural reaction. The first thing the lady probably saw when she looked out the window was her fucked up yard, not your card wrapped around the tree. Bystanders freak out about what first catches their eye - they don’t generally stay calm, collected and think rationally when they witness an accident.

Don’t take this the wrong way, but having been hit by idiotic drivers twice (not to apply the same label to you, sounds like this was just bad luck), I don’t blame her if she did think you were an incompetent fuck.

If you rear end someone it’s your fault you where driving too close for the speed you where traveling. It’s like you people slept through drivers ed or something.

this was like a million pages ago, but i had a ton of space between me and the next guy, the reason i crashed into them is she had the force of TWO cars making her stop faster than I possibly could have. IF they had slammed on their breaks I would have been safe(there was ALMOST no damage to my car or the back of the car in front of me since I barely slid into them).
