See all you fuckers day one online.
That’s what she said.
Nope ill be the only one not masterbating to her
Someone needs to photoshop Decapre over Kane here (since their masks match lol) so we can all embrace the hate and move on lol.
But seriously, Capcom screwed up with waiting with her reveal and hyping up too much, that’s the only reason people are upset.
With Capcom current budget for USF4, THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO A NEW CHARACTER YOU WILL GET.
Decapre = Totally fuckable.
Since we are adding shitty mugen characters can I please get Rare Akuma, kthxb
…I am a fanboy of this thread.
Ogre Akuma pls.
X-Men vs. Street Fighter’s Cammy or bust.
If she’s not picking people up, landing infinites on them, then styling on them with Killer Bee Assault, it’s not the real Cammy.
So glad I switched to KoF and old school Capcom fighters. All this vitriol towards Street Fighter 4 never goes out of style. I’m starting to believe the vast majority of the community don’t really like the game but just tolerate it for whatever reason.
Stop giving post 09ers a bad name Alan. They have it tough enough as it is.
Nah, SF4 is still the most popular game right now, so its bound to attract all sorts of people with varying levels of intelligence and salt levels.
Phantom vs Alan, Decapre Mirror match, ft50. LES GO
Jesus Christ, the Capcom apologists in here.
What else is Dimps working on besides maybe some shovelware? Why would a company backed by “AAA Publisher” Capcom not have the resources that Arc has to make one game? At this point, Arc is usually working on 2 fighting games at a time in addition to shovelware. If Dimps isn’t getting the funding it needs to make a game that doesn’t look like a PC mod, it speaks volumes for Capcom’s opinion of SF fans.
Pretty sure that’s not how it goes:
-Somebody at Capcom pitches new SF4 to execs.
-“Do it as cheaply as possible and we’ll green-light it.”
-Work starts on the game.
-After a few months of development, there’s an interview with Ono.
-“We would make another game, but only if the fans want it.”
-Some people say they want it because how else are fans supposed to respond to that?
-BACK DUE TO FAN REQUEST
It’s a common political/business tactic for somebody in power to decide something but manipulate the public into thinking it was their decision so they can feel empowered. It’s also insurance if something goes wrong because they can pass the blame to public (“It’s your fault for demanding this!”). This thread is a shining example of how that works.
Whoops, double post.
I agree. While I don’t mind the SF IV series at all, or UMvC 3, if the community were to compare either Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Street Fighter Alpha 2/Zero 2, or Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike, & then compare it to Ultra Street Fighter IV, they’ll mostly be going, “WTF is this shit?” at SF IV as a whole.
Amen to this.
Speaking of old Capcom fighters, did Capcom lose its composers? Why are the SFIV and SFXT soundtracks so horribly bland? Shit just listen to the beginning of the Decapre trailer, which is playing SFA3 music, there is nothing close to as catchy in either SFIV or SFxT. SFA3 has a bunch of other awesome tunes as well.

Speak for yourself, SFA3 had a shitty OST when compared to SFA2, SF3, or CVS2 in general…while SF4 and SFxT weren’t even close to these games, the entire OST isn’t shit…like god damn dude…Solar Eclipse is a honorable mention.
SFA2 is before SFA3, CVS2 is from 2001.
Not saying the OST is shit, it isn’t distracting or anything, it is just terribly unremarkable and uninspired.
There’s been a general trend towards more orchestral and atmospheric music, leaving behind the simple singable tunes from before. This is pretty much across the board in video games basically since 3D systems but especially the last two generations.
