Whats up people, the videos should be up by the end of this weekend, and the RF match is a special match vs the winner of the tournament and it will defenetly be there.
“Where all my Garou brothaz (and sistaz) at?!!” Much props to those of you who came out to do damage in what was probably one the smallest tourneys ever (semi-officially) conducted in the history of Evo (12 harbingers). Our pool may have been small, but there was definitely some quality there. On the real, I actually saw stuff that Ive never scene before from a few players (…and how old is this game?!). Even those who didnt place in any of the tourneys were don their part to support the SNK community which was the main reason I got my lazy ass on over there.
I hope to make it to a few more of these things and I hope to see A LOT more of you Garou players get in the mix. “Tell your friends, your family, yo babyz momma!” Itz not all about winn or losen a tourney, itz about have’n fun and getn out there to do your part to support the community, cuz w/o your support we ALL lose!! “WE NEED YOU BABY!!!”

XTG (aka Nate), there is not one person who does not FEAR a grabber, esp one like Tizoc (who can basically kill you in a couple grabs… and a couple slaps). And damn, I saw you nail the super grabs like breathn, which had to have made many a challengers hearts sink. :eek:

BlueMary69 (aka Cesar) way to rep for the community. I saw some solid combos and techniques which Im sure youll be honen come the next year. Brush it up w/ some good friends… AND GET THEM TO JOIN TOO! I look forward to playn your meaner, flashier Hotaru! 
To some of the other playas who came out to represent: Ross, Toodles, Guy, etc. Thanks for come’n out and make’n some of us sweat. I hope we can make this an even bigger, badder tourney for next year. 
This was the 1st Evo that Ive ever attended and I had a REALLY good time. MUCH props to the organizers, esp K-Force. I realize just how hard getn any tourney off the ground can be. This was a great start (considering what a logistical nightmare it is to make this a 100% problem free tourney).

It sucks that I missed the Garou tourney, but I really didn’t mind donating my $5 to the pot. It was cool seeing all the high level SNK play in the BYOC. I doubt it will ever be official, but you guys have to run this again next year.
Honestly only way it will become official is if there are too many bloody participants to ignore. That’s why the task is this, get your local SNK scene, (if there is one) to start playing. I’m not even talking about tournaments I’m talking about playing because they like the game and want to play it with other people.
That is all, but I’m sure if you can count on anyone K-Force will take care of the WC scene. You’ll be straight.
FO SHO’ like I said before this started this is to bring all the small pieces of the community together, and know that the picture is starting to clear up we need to start showing up man. I personally posted in the EVO feedback thread that I would like to see a NEOWAVE official tournament since is suppost to be the best SNK game ever made because is going to be on an ATOMIS board, all of you should do the same and start demanding now to get their attention I believe that if all of us start bugging they might go for it man, come on everybody this is the easiest way to help the community.

my dream is to have about 32 players participate in one KOF tournament.
My dream is to get 50 people from the entire world who are willing to show up to Evo to have a '98 / Garou tournament run officially in Evo, thus probably giving that game enough clout to get APEXed.
VERYSOON we are actually thinking of doing a tournament in camelot. We are doing it in camelot because we have a couple of people who cant play in jap sticks. We have been talking about this for a couple of days but we havent actually decided anything so if you wanna get involved let me know so we can get started. I have 12-15 for sure lets work for the rest

but that doesn’t mean there can’t be an OD2k4 WEST COAST.
If I can make it happen over here, and you all can make it happen over there, we can probably make OD2k5 happen sometime next year where the 2 can clash.
Just a thought, but as of right now only way OD2k4EC is going to happen at all is if I find some SNK players on the EC lol. Well, besides Samsho.

Tournament this weekend NO we talked about it last night and we might do it in 2 weeks, so start spreading the word man (BTW are you Jimmy?) lets keep this thing alive.
