Is saying that it’s sick and perverse for a 18 year old woman having sex with a 8 year old boy suddenly equate to some conspiracy theory. This sentencing also doesn’t exist in a vacuum because believe it or not it exist in a long standing tradition of female criminals getting lighter sentencing particularly when it pertains to raping underage boys. Would the judge have been as understanding if it was a 18 year old man having sex with a 8 year old girl?

Its amazing how quick people are when it comes to justifying and dismissing a crime so long as the victim is male…nice to know rape is only a 1 way street.

A Delaware man convicted of raping his three-year-old daughter only faced probation after a state Superior Court judge ruled he “will not fare well” in prison.

In her decision, Judge Jan Jurden suggested Robert H. Richards IV would benefit more from treatment. depends on the country and the region in certain countries. i can tell you for a fact there are places in the world where child rapists wouldnt get arrested because law enforment just cant be fast enough compared to the local public, they would publically linch you before you ever get a chance to get arrested. you know whats really interresting in places like that, there is no child rape, AT ALL. even funnier, the law is the boss at all times except when a child gets raped and the suspect is apprehended before the cops arrive. if a child rapist gets lynched nobody snitches about who did it.
