Because it isn’t. If someone’s good, they’re good. Age doesn’t matter. I was beating good players in Stronghold: Crusader back when I was 10 and getting top 10 lap times in racing games online when I was 14-15: age had nothing to do with it, I just knew what I was doing.*
If anything, all it is is an option select. Not unlike what Dre does with his whole “I don’t take this game seriously” shtick.
*I know those probably aren’t the best comparisons but it’s the best I had on short notice.
Kids tend to have better reaction times and are very flexible in their thought processes, allowing them to adapt more quickly than us old people who are set doing things a certain way.
That presents a problem then if we’re supposed to get it all done in one day.
If Davidstar doesn’t have another day off work this week and CG doesn’t allow us to play over the course of a couple days I may have to forfeit then: as I mentioned before, I can’t go past 10:30 and Davidstar’s schedule doesn’t really match up with mine. Today being one of the few exceptions apparently.
younger people are better at absorbing information and are more creative with their knowledge, so i’m not surprised that manie is a good player.
nah if we can’t play we should have RNG decide who takes the W or something else.
it’s neither of our fault so i don’t feel comfortable you just handing it over.
