The Museum of Art and Digital Entertainment (MADE) in Oakland, CA is looking to start weekly Smash tournaments in the near future. In addition to the normal open hours of 12pm-6pm Sat / Sun, the MADE will be open on Friday, Oct 3rd from 12pm-6pm to celebrate the release of Smash for the 3DS. If there’s enough interest, we’ll stay open late to run small tournaments.
Come hang out with museum staff and other visitors; the MADE is gauging interest in running tournaments for Smash, USF4, UMvC3, GG, and others. If you can’t attend next weekend but are interested in participating in tournaments for Smash or other games, email tecson@themade.org with your name, games of interest, and preferred days.
