Define ‘slow down’. Are we talking about different stages running at slightly different speeds? I believe at previous EVO tournaments only certain stages were used on the DC version of ST because of speed or input issues (or maybe it was CCC, someone correct me). And don’t the arcade stages of ST run at slightly different speeds anyways?
I lack any testing methods, but I can say that a few stages on the PS3 version feel a bit off to me. Namely Honda and Gief’s stages, with Sagat’s and Ryu’s being the most stable. This could just in my head, but that’s how it feels to me.
I always get slowdowns when I shoot a projectile.Is that normal?
If the fireball hits, yes, slowdown is normal. But not if it whiffs.
CCC2-only issue with USSR and Mexico where extra slowdown caused messed up inputs. The DC version has the same speed for every stage with no slowdown while the arcade version had different speeds.
I’m almost positive I’ve tested every stage to be the same speed as every other stage in either HDR version, India included. That response is a real hoot though.
if you’re talking about the guy on NE, lol yea.
The only thing I’ve had close to slowdown (more like a split second freeze or lag) is on Claw’s stage in Arcade (vs CPU) mode.
