Im not sure if its been done before or I cant remember but, when you are using a 2 man team, can you DHC back and forth? Like for Example
Peacock Beam super>Cerebella Windmill super> Back to Peacock Beam super? Or are there restrictions? Like you can only use that special once during the whole DHC cycle.
I know everyone’s asking for alt colors left and right, but was wondering if maybe Parasoul or another girl could get a Perona alt from One Piece, dunno how hard it’d be to do the stalkings etc… But she’s a creepy girl, and this game has some creepy girls (I mean that in a good way!), and she has a parasol, so… yeah!
I’m not really sure about a Nico Robin alt because honestly, she wears a different outfit what feels like every ten-thirty chapters in a comic that’s on chapter 630 something so it’s kinda hard to find one that’s really synonymous with her.
Please include an easy way to switch which connected controllers are first and second player on the VS screen. Something like, pressing select on a controller steps down from 1p or 2p position and pressing start on a controller puts it into a 1p or 2p position.
In any given gaming night I have a group of friends that includes one guy who prefers pad, one guy who prefers a stick with a square gate and round top, one guy who prefers an octagonal gate and bat top, and one guy who brings a stickless hitbox. I have all of these connected to my PS3 at the same time, but the only way to reassign the controller connected to the first player in blazblue or street fighter is to back all the way out of VS mode (or sometimes back to the title screen) and go alll the way back in and then re-assign the buttons all over again and it’s just annoying. Our other option is to go into the PSN controller reassign screen but then this mixes up everyone’s controller numbers and still requires us to re-map the buttons every time we play, making Blazblue’s ability to remember button layouts assigned to controller numbers totally useless.
So if there is a way that Skullgirls can handle this in-game, allowing either the 1p or 2p to step down and let another controller step up without having to back out of VS mode, and while remembering the button layouts for each controller number, this would make multi controller gaming nights WAY smoother.
In tournament mode, unless this hasn’t been implemented, it’s planned that after a match both controllers automatically disconnect. So then I’m assuming you hit the home button on the two controllers who got next and keep going.
And what a fantastic idea that is! I second this idea! I hate it when I’m at a gathering and playing on 360 and someone uses a wireless pad. Screws everything up. I keep petitioning MS to add some kind of desynch, but it just falls on deaf ears. It’s be handy on PS3 as well.
Question for the devs: is anyone in the game going to wear a fez? Fezzes are cooooool…
Why does Skullgirls NOT have its own forum? It seems every single time I go into SRK under Fighting Game Discussion, ALWAYS the last topic was posted on the Skullgirls thread. Opening up a Skullgirls forum would probably be best, considering each topic can cover a different aspect or character and you don’t have to sift through countless posts.
On topic: There is a set of pictures which describes how Squigly will play, with diffetent stances, attacks and specials. From those pics she looked pretty awesome so i’m wondering how much of that tranferred into the actual game.
