Since you pretty much have the SRK wiki covered, I’m starting to work on the Dustloop wiki.
I’d really like to use those nifty icons because they’re much cleaner than looking at a wall of text. Who should I ask for permission to use them for the dustloop wiki?
Which ones? Most of the directional input, button input, and move property icons were made by Tom Cannon. Important SRK people laid the ground work to encourage people to add content to their wiki and I don’t really know how constructive it would be to transplant all of that to dustloop.
Everything I’ve put on the SRK wiki is public knowledge so go ahead an use it as a reference if you want to fill out the dustloop wiki. I reserve rights to steal any good ideas that show up over there

Peacock’s air Hard Punch says it only does 100 damage. What’s the actual damage? 1000?
Why is all Val’s damage is stated as 100? Is it just placeholder?

Can you show a couple of random peacock attacks? I kinda find it weird that her hat has a hurtbox.
Updated Cerebella with a lot of minor damage decreases and Valentine with what should be final damage. Other minor edits include Peacock damage for j.HP, description of Lenny’s timer, a change to Parasoul’s Napalm Toss, and Painwheel’s newly added flight timer.
Updated Ms. Fortune, including damage for her HP Cat Scratch. It’s actually different from the MP version, and as a custom assist will let the body use the HP attack even though the body can’t do it on point.

It means he wants a build of the game and wants to know what some of the things that the devs don’t want to do are, so he can volunteer to do those things.
I’m assuming farming frame data would be one of those things? Not that I’m volunteering, I’m just throwing it out there.
Not necessarily a build really anything to help out, you stated you were a volunteer and I’m asking what exactly are the things they don’t want to do so I can maybe help out in anyway.

Farming frame data is just a smaller portion of strategy guide info. It’s nice to have but it’s much more important to know the basics first. What’s the best ground chain that always works against all character? How do you land the opponent after this launcher? What’s the fastest move this character has? What are the best assist choices? Frame data is certainly a part of “advanced strategy” but it’s a lot easier to remember, find, and understand the more basic concepts as a player.
Players should just keep asking questions, paying attention to odd details, pushing boundaries, leveling up their game, and posting about it. I don’t know how much more you all can do without a copy of the game but I can say things like hit boxes, damage, and input motions have been changed based on the discussions spawned by this thread.
Many of the things you listed as “basics” can be discerned through frame data, though.

[]Best ground chain? look at damage values for combos or frame advantage values for blockstrings. Look at the hit boxes to make sure the moves reach far enough to affect every character.

[]Looking for a good lander? similar to looking up a fast move, you need to be able to hit them while still in hitstun as they land.
[]Best assist choices? Assists will be the same moves you use on point, so it will be the same frame data, but this ties more into strategy and personal playstyle, which I would consider advanced.

Frame data is REALLY useful from beginner to pro.
I don’t know how else frame data is accumulated unless there is a way to advance the game frame by frame, and that’s possible I would be up to the task to help gather some of the frame data.
