GGs. I was very impressed with that Valentine dual poison combo.
GGs. Ms.Fortune DP is godlike. Couldn’t apply my mix ups after inflicting poison. Need to figure out how to beat it. Majority of my losses came from wakeup DP.
Mind playing some mostly solo v solo matches with me? Either console is fine.

Only things with more priority are DPs. You can’t throw her out of it, can’t hit her out of it before the active frames. I would recommend doing what you did one time: if you anticipate DP, block and call assist or just block. She can’t follow up in the air on block, only on hit or whiff. So just hit light attacks into combo or throw. Nothing fancier; the recovery is pretty damn quick because it’s the LK version that is most useful against rushdown.
Originally played solo, but never learned the match up in the slightest before adding Double.
IMO you don’t really have much problems with the matchup. We went 5-4 once and 2-1 another time. I’d say you’re doing fine. I’m taking a break until dinner since I just played like… 43 games straight and my head hurts lol
edit: We can play later tonight or another time. But I have to warn you; solo Fortune has a lot of tools and IMO most of the cast (including Val) do better with an assist from my experiences.
I’m so jealous of all of you who are actually playing this game. I usually find a single ranked opponent, play one game,
then search again, and then either nobody is anywhere or I keep finding a single guy with 90-110ms who keeps declining the match.
You have the EU version, don’t you?
I’m tempted to get a PSN card from Europe and getting it, but knowing it will be patched it seems like a waste. I feel your pain
