Man how do you unlock the color palettes? I nothing I do seems to get them consistently
Since people basically figured it out, I’ll clarify unlocking colors:
7/8 - beat Arcade/Story mode with the character. Arcade counts them if they are on your team at all, difficulty is irrelevant.
9 - 25 wins with character. They must be the one that wins the match, not just on your team, and Arcade/Story don’t count.
10 - (^.^)
If I read that right, yes, one stagger (or Painwheel LP nails) per combo.
Thank her for us. (^.^) We’re happy the game is interesting to a wider audience. Have her take a crack at the Tutorials, if she wants - I’m curious.

I haven’t played through Cerebella’s story yet, so I’m gonna delete the spoiler lol.
Gotta say, the stories are very interesting, though, I’m not feeling the way everything disappears and reappears between each line. Not worried much about it though, still great.

I’ll ask her to give it a shot and give some feedback on how easy it is to follow, she did say specifically that she had interest in actually learning something about playing the game. For reference on her gaming background she does well in games like WRPGs but as soon as a jump button gets involved everything goes downhill.
Sort of on the same note, one thing that did irk me a little is that for whatever reason changing lessons within the tutorial menu felt very clunky, like moving between numbers with the stick felt sluggish.
