I’m pretty sure that’s old outdated concept art of Marie. If you look at all the other artwork depicting her, she lacks the skeletal face feature. The fact that the Skull Heart is in her chest in that same picture whereas all the other artwork has it embedded in her back instead pretty much supports my assumption as well.
Whoever it is being depicted in both the stain glass window and the statue in the Cathedral, I doubt it’s Double. I wish it was though. Much better design than Double’s previous versions. (I know Double is supposed to be a shape shifting blob monster but c’mon, that thing is hideous. It’s part of the reason why I hope Double isn’t the last character. Because I know at this point Alex can give that character a better design. Hey just my opinion)

I opened the video above and now I understand what Not so saint is talking about. I’ve seen two or three copies of videos on youtube before and I thought nothing of it, but there are like fucking 12 story mode trailers on the suggestions tab. What is wrong with these people?

You have to understand, the word “gay” has evolved. Like any word, or language really, things change over time. Not every word is always used in it’s literal sense. If they were, we’d all be speaking our respective languages as they were hundreds of years ago. “Cool” would just be for describing temperatures and not games (“Wow, these characters are cool”). Nowadays, people use the word gay to mean something “annoying/bad/i don’t like” as well as it’s literal meaning. Which is unfortunate, of course, because actually being gay is not bad nor annoying.
I’m guilty of this myself. I am for gay rights and have nothing against gay people, but I grew up with me and my friends using the word “gay” like that. Watching a really bad movie? “Man, this is really gay.” Lose to wake up Ultra in SF4? “Wow fucking scrub. Fucking gay.” Someone constantly pestering you? “Dude stop being gay.” And having grown up using the word like that it’s really hard to stop because the behavior is so ingrained. I don’t hate gay people, I just use the word gay for something I don’t like/hate. Which is, as I’ve said, really bad because gay people are not bad people.
Of course, there will always be people who will try to be a smart ass and say “You’re gay for liking all girl fighters” cause they think they are being funny or witty or something. Just keep in mind that many people just use the word gay to mean something bad, even if it doesn’t make any literal sense. Let’s not forget the classic Jimbo Jones line from the Simpsons: “Dude you kissed a girl?! That’s so gay!”

Well. Okay. I guess it isn’t obvious to a foreigner with a first sight. I was confused because russians sometimes use synonymous word to describe something… Unnecessarily feminine I guess? Like really tight man pants or something. With this approach it’s hard to understand why overly sexualized game should be called gay. It’s actually quite opposite IMO.
