Cere’s had a very uncomfortable revelation: The man who saved her from the streets, the man to whom she owes her life, the only father or role model she’s ever known, is a fucking asshole. And she’s killed for him, and she’ll do it again. And again. And again.
Well I just saw Double’s ending right now and [details=Spoiler] it appears Aeon of the Trinity seems to directly state that’s the case.[/details] Or Mike Z is trolling us.
There’s one at the end of Ms.Fortune’s story where it shows her on the right of the screen with a couple of the other kidnapped girls.
Also, one where you can see the scales and the undersides of her arms. I know I spotted one of those but can’t recall exactly where.
Finally, one that shows her feet if there is one!
Could be cause she made a wish to the Skull Heart to obtain the Life Gem at the cost of her own life for a Mafia boss who barely really cares for other (but she don’t know that), or does she regret killing poor Ms. Fortune, who she herself was fighting for her family?
WHO KNOWS. (well I guess you can pester Peter about it.)
All endings are non-cannon. Which is what Venus was explaining at the end. These are all “what” ifs. Upcoming DLC or the sequel will have all the answers.
But it is possible for some events in those endings to come true though. I just don’t want Ms. Fortune to die. (well again technically) I hate it when I invest myself in a character so much only for the creator to kill them off. It’s a problem I already have with the comic industry, I don’t want the video game one to follow suit.
Anyways, back on topic. Does it ever elaborate that anyone other than Dr. Avian was killed in the attack on Lab 8 during Peacock’s story? Because that might shoot down any hope for Leduc or Hive being DLC.
I’m pretty sure the events for each character never truly happened, Venus and Aeon made it pretty dag clear in that secret scene at the end of Doubles story.I think it may be better to ask Ravidrath for any story related stuff.
I question if the Medici Mafia have a fetish for fish girls if their just targeting the ladies. None of us knew that Black Dahlia’s gun-slinging Arm was actually a mechanical arm till both Fortunes, and Peacocks endings, makes her even more interesting.
