Skin mods online, legal or illegal?

Hi,

Just wondering if its legal to use skin mods while online in Street Fighter IV PC? I mean, nobody can see the costumes but me if the other person doesnt have the downloaded the same files right? So what does it matter? Can I get banned if I would use it?

thanks for the help, I downloaded a skin named KEN_02_03.col.emz , I guess this is for the costume 2, which I dont have, cant get it to work? Any idea?

Yeah, either buy the costumes or use a trainer to unlock them.

Yeah, I tried the Costume Toggler in the link you provided but using that I experience lagspikes and crashes when playing online… now Im playing around with Costum Mod Manager also made by Leogansky but I don’t really understand how to use it, I just want the alternate costume for Ken, and able to change the color of it.
