and all this came at a time when skating was on the decline economically, and these guys helped push skating to new limits. i’m glad you want to know the roots.

That’s really sad that it was dying out economically at that time,but damn they definitely pushed it to the next level when they were needed :looney:

I actually find it pretty fun and interesting to learn the history of the sport.

I thought about skating with an ipod etc… but the thought kind scares me. Like I’d be worried about messin it up if I slam therefore making myself more like to slam lol. I see people do it all the time though.
