Once again the teams from all your favorite venues bring you another epic tournament to quench your competitve thirst…but this time things have changed. The teams from MGL, SJSU & SJGL present to you “Bay Area Battles 2006”. To start things off MGL will be holding a tournament on Friday Nov. 3rd, followed by SJSU the very next day on Saturday Nov. 4th and then SJGL the day after on Sunday Nov. 5th. No matter what side of the Bay your from…no matter what day you can or can’t make it…theres going to be an another awsome tournament to attend all within 18 miles from each other. Join us the first weekend of November for more Bay Area epic Battles.

MARVEL VS. CAPCOM 2
(LOSERS best 2 of 3/WINNERS best 2 of 3)

TEKKEN 5: Dark Resurrection
(LOSERS best 2 of 3/WINNERS best 2 of 3)

SOUL CALIBUR III: Arcade Edition
(LOSERS best 2 of 3/WINNERS best 2 of 3)

NOTE Rules above may change due to “TURN OUT” & “TIME” issues.

  • All games will be held in double elimination format.

  • Only the loser of the previous game can change characters, assists, grooves or character order.
    (Although changing of super arts is allowed)

  • No game breaking glitches.
    (Kara Canceling,Roll Canceling & Guard Breaking are not considered game breaking)

$5 entry fee per game / pay for play (1 token games)

[COLOR=“Yellow”]1st Place : 70% of the pot + Tokens

2nd Place : 20% of the pot + Tokens

3rd Place : 10% of the pot + Tokens[/color]

NOTE Tokens will not be givin out if the number of players does not reach a 10 man bracket.
