Had a good time even though it felt like it was taking forever to be called. Trying out SF4 for the first time was a blast. Had to pick Viper(random), and I learned 3 moves in the process. lol.

GG’s to those I played in STHD. Memorable match was with DevilJin. Sweating since it went all the time down to the wire. The feather on my headband cost me the match!! Need to get rid of it. :rofl: GS. :tup:

Havoc- I approve of the Shikamaru stick sir. Nice Abel too btw.

Ramza- Good stuff in SF4. Definitely need to session once the game is out. Now to get some Pho…

I just wish this event was longer. It was way more fun than words can describe. I’m still hype and talking about it with other players.

Can’t wait for the next one whenever it is, I’ll definitely be ready.

I had a lot of fun at this event. HD remix was really fun and made me want to play the game even more. Really cool to see some of the guys who knew me from my melee days. Sucks I had to fight the only other smash player, kitsune, in HD Remix haha. Good shit to all the peeps I played and hope to see yall at final round.

EDIT- oh yeah and BIG shout out to the guys from New Jersey that stayed the night in our room. It was really cool playing guilty gear with you all and sorry about falling asleep when the third strike started up, haha.

Sorry dude, I know that mirror match sux if you don’t know what to expect. Hopefully you learned a thing or two from that match so that you don’t have to switch to Chun to deal with mirrors.

Good Shit to KevMan for knocking me into losers with Bison! I wish I had chosen Honda the first match and not Fei. It might have been a different outcome, but I know now not to pick Fei unless I’ve set aside some practice time with him.

Also, good shit to Hold Dat placing 4th after I knocked you into losers for your first fight. That’s pretty damn impressive to fight your way back up and place top 8. GGs in 3S casuals too!!!

First off damn what a nice tournament this was. Great crowd, a lot of old and new people came out as well as west coast.

Eric v and organizers, gs man, I am happy that things worked out for the tournament and the hype was too good in a lot of matches.

iceman/masaka/althor- good to see old old st players and great matches as always. Congrats again mike. Close matches iceman in alpha 3. You all must come to the next one.

Magnetomaniac, didnt get to play you put good stuff in sf4 man. It’s good you moved on to the street fighter games and slowed up on the marvel. I’m def down to play hard when available for sf4.

Fdk, good stuff man for your first st tournament. Unfortunately I couldnt attend, but I’m sure I would have done well. Until next time man.

Suggestions: Since sf4 will be on systems next time I’m down to assist. Perhaps a bigger venue, and more kinks ironed out.

I’ll be playing hard seriously for sf4 and ill be properly prepared for the next tournament.
