That may be the case but I held my own. I have exp in this game. I actually had a close battle with Erik Kim, in which if I had punished correctly would have got me a spot up. Free or not, I can absolutely battle it out with the top players. Even my match with Gootecks was awesome. I feel I deserved it for all the time and money I’ve put in this game. Not only that, I did it with Honda, which good or bad is still a hard battle.I’ve been playing with top players for a long time now… Maybe not in 4 but I played that alot in Japan and sometimes in US (like with DemonHyo in University!). There’s a difference between shit talk and just being an ass and trying to take something away.

Pool 2 and Pool 3 were both pretty free. Pool 1 was decent, but really top-heavy… It was like 4 good players… and 12 that had never played the game before.
Pool 4 was the hardest top to bottom, no question.
But Phi did what he could, and the game is still too young to even worry too, too much about seeding. Everyone still has to prove themselves, as far as I’m concerned. Seeding based on past games is wack.
true but half of ny seemed to have ended up in bracket 4. im not complaining, brackets are brackets and you gotta deal with what you get.
