I released all the blueprints for my arcade project box design free. My goal was an affordable and easily customizable arcade box that didn’t require a wood shop or cutting tools to build. Just a screwdriver. Everything is digital so download and use the plans to make what you can and outsource the rest. Not everyone has space to cut wood and make a mess or time to learn CAD software. This hopefully saves you time, money, and is a decent place to start from.
The design was optimized to fit on the least amount of pre-cut material from the laser cutting service, Ponoko, as possible. FYI changing the overall dimensions is possible but the cost will nearly doubles because a second sheet must be purchased to fit everything. Changing button layout and screw holes is very easy on the other hand and is the major benefit of laser cutting the design.
