Simple Free Fightstick Blueprints

I released all the blueprints for my arcade project box design free. My goal was an affordable and easily customizable arcade box that didn’t require a wood shop or cutting tools to build. Just a screwdriver. Everything is digital so download and use the plans to make what you can and outsource the rest. Not everyone has space to cut wood and make a mess or time to learn CAD software. This hopefully saves you time, money, and is a decent place to start from.

The design was optimized to fit on the least amount of pre-cut material from the laser cutting service, Ponoko, as possible. FYI changing the overall dimensions is possible but the cost will nearly doubles because a second sheet must be purchased to fit everything. Changing button layout and screw holes is very easy on the other hand and is the major benefit of laser cutting the design.

Let me know if you have any feedback or questions. I really appreciate hearing back about what doesn’t work and what is actually helpful.

Awesome. I’ve got access to a laser cutter and a resin based RP machine. I’d definitely like to take a crack at constructing one.

Thanks!

Let us know how it goes. There’s bound to be small improvements that make it way better

Based on the image above, I thought you might’ve come up with a more elegant solution than what I’ve ordered a couple of days ago, but I just checked your files and the corners are indeed made out of multiple pieces after all. darn~ Small suggestion tho: While the cut holes are identical, you (or rather people who adopt your concept) will probably run into issues if they’re trying to use a NE8FDP plug, as opposed to the NAUSB, due to it’s maximum wall strength limitation of 4mm; so it wouldn’t hurt to mention the actual sheet material thickness somewhere in your file’s description.

Need blueprints for a lid.
