I think its not touching the ground…however I would like to test it. I currently do not have multi-meter…will this work?

Any multi meter will test for continuity. For testing, set the meter to test for continuity, and then hold one of the points to a known ground point (i.e the Ground from USB) and then touch any of your solder points. If there a beep, or the number reads anything but 1, then your solder point is touching the ground… If you take a higher rez photo we could probably tell a bit better. Also, google for more tips on multi meter use 
Hey JDM. I was lucky enough to talk to SRK’s Nerrage in order to learn more about you. You’ve gained a lot of respect amongst the community here as a top joystick modder. So it comes as no surprise that focusattack.com doesn’t have anything you need or care for at this time. You’re also outspoken, and have no problem letting others know what you’re displeased with. That’s cool. We’re trying to improve, but indeed, as a company of just two years, we don’t have all of the smart items experienced builders want. That’s why I’m talking to Nerrage.
In any case, I better understand that the way you are in the forums is expected. If you’re targeting my inexperience for joystick building, I’ll accept it. I’m not entirely experienced in joystick building and in trying to build the store, I have to supply items that a majority will purchase. You and Nerrage have been here a lot longer than myself, so I’ll appreciate any reasonable input you have to get what you need.
Regarding Akishop, Per got back to me the other day. He is going through pre-order requests and should work out my current order with him once completed.
Anyway, thanks again for the input, you have provided at the FA thread, here and elsewhere. We all benefit from it.

I never typed that before on SRK either.
I can see that if I take out “yo” and “totally,” that the Post would sound different.

I know that you do know about PS360+ and that Per has contacted you.
But my Post was not saying that the above line is not true.
It supposed to mean that Per not been answering you.
I see in your Thread a lot of people asking you about PS360+ information/news.
And your response has always been that Per is not replying back to you.
Since Per not answer you, you don’t have answer for customers.

Almost certainly, but there’s not enough information to be able to help you. Take some photos to show what happened and what you’re working with and we’ll have a much easier time helping out.

I can’t find any photos of the board detailed enough to follow a trace, and the one you posted no where near detailed enough to use.
Your picture is small.
I think it is the small circle that you popped.
There is a super tiny Trace that continues after the circle.
You have to scrape the top layer of the Trace.
Then you can solder to it for Guide.
The Trace also leads to the IC Blob in the back.
If you can follow it, you can solder to the tiny points in the back.
