i was looking to add the zero delay usb encoder to my panthera

will it help in improving response time much ?

Do you mean, improve input lag? Because the Razer Panthera PCB has less input lag than the zero delay according to these results. So adding it would be pointless.

Even if the Zero delay PCB had a slightly better tested lag time, depending how close the results are you might never, ever see a difference.
