I’ve just found out that when you hit the opponent with the last hit of blue light special (shopping cart) and they are in the air you can combo after it with S so I was wondering if anything special you have to do to do it because I’ve been doing it randomly in matches

Lots of people have been experimenting with it. If you’re far from the corner and the opponent is at the perfect height (somewhere along frank’s head or shoulders?), you can follow up the hyper with a snapshot or even a straight launcher. I don’t know much about it though so I can’t help much with the specifics
