Yes : Super level 3 is Shin Psycho Crusher
how to do : charge back (or d/b ) for 2 sec. , forward , back , forward + any punch

This is the best super in the game , even Ken shoryureppa is far .
He has the Knee Press Nightmare too, but I don’t think there’s any real reason to use it when you’ve got the UBER MEGA HYPER SHIN PSYCHO CRUSHER II TURBO X.
Knee press is faster, and you can do that thing where they get hit by it if they weren’t blocking before the screen paused.
Final Psycho Crusher does more damage, though, and you can punish people for jumping, since it’s not air-blockable, and the only way to avoid it when you’re in the air is V-ISM activation, or maybe Gen/Akuma’s level 2/3 air supers.
