This site and GameFaqs are the only places where high level play/tactics/ect are discussed for Budokai 3. The Budokai 3 thread here is practically dead and is outdated compared to the GameFaqs B3 board. So before you follow sheep and come with “Gamefaqs?!1one! omfgbbq”, keep that in mind. :rolleyes:

Hmm… I’d say that breakthrough would just make things worse. Characters like Kid Gohan, whose combo platforms aren’t spectacular and have nothing much going for them are going to get smacked completely, and other characters like Vegeta will be benefitting quite a bit. If anything, I think that breakthrough would make it worse than custom capsules.
