You probably resized in ImageReady first, didn’t you?
no, i actually saved the frame by frames in IR first then i resized them in PS…but added a bg color to it so when i made a new document i would’nt have to place the sprites in the right place from scratch…:wonder:

Alrighty, Im not really good at explaining things but I’ll give it a shot.
Well, first thing you want to do when you open up the sprite GIF in Photoshop and be sure that it’s in Indexed Color mode instead of RGB mode. You just go to Image–>Mode–>Indexed Color. When you change it to Indexed Color a little menu like this should pop up:

You can just keep the settings that come up the way they are. Then all you have to do is go to Image–>Image Size then just double the size of the sprite. After the resize just switch back to RGB mode then save it as a GIF. It should come out like this:

I’ve never resized an animated sprite, just single frames, so I don’t have a clue. I’m guessing you’d have to resize every frame one by one then reanimate the whole sprite from scratch… dood.
