Check the old plot guide. Bits of her bio/story from RS contradict her official SF bio. AFAIK, RS replaces that girl in her ending (her best friend Kei) with Hinata and Karin with Natsu as her friends. Also, she attends a different school and has a different blood type.
As for Final Fight.
This info is culled from official sources from sourcebooks, interviews and stuff posted in publications like Gamest. In relation to SFxT, it’s pretty obvious then that internally, Capcom considers SF as inclusive of FF but not RS.
So I guess Gorbachev is a Street Fighter character too huh.

Moving on - considering Ono isn’t trolling for a change - I always thought that Viper was pretty much guaranteed. Makes me wonder about the rest of the cast.

Ya know, looking at Tekken Tag Tournament 2 introducing a Luchador, I can’t help but wonder how far in advance this game was being planned, all of this actually. I’d be damned if C. Viper wasn’t made for Marvel and if Juri wasn’t made for this game.
What does Jaycee have to do SFxTK? And do King and Armor King not count as luchadores or something?
The idea though that they made some characters for later appearance is definitely something. Viper’s general design is perfect for a game like Marvel or Guilty Gear and Juri’s juggling emphasis would fit SFxTK.
