Sfxt ps3 DLC help

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post, but I have no clue whatsoever how to download the 12 characters for ps3.

On playstation store all I see is Alternate costume packs for the DLC characters, but their’s no way to actually download the characters o.O. Isn’t their suppose to be a downloadable pack for 20$ for the new characters ?

This is a documented issue that’s been reported on several sites, including SRK and Kotaku. File a ticket with Capcom support with a copy of your receipt and a picture of the Vita and PS3 game boxes.
