I think they’d make Ingrid a boss type character. It would be odd for her to be paired up with Akuma imo. I don’t think karin is in though.

I’ve placed down who I believe would be placed in the last two spots on your speculative list, but for Akuma the direction they could go in for who he is revealed if he is revealed or teamed up with anyone at all, (he is Akuma after all so if there is a character revealed with him they might be seperated in terms of the main storylines teams) meaning that the character who he is revealed with could be pretty much any character that is viewed as very powerful or as a boss character in the series.
Ryu and Ken will wear dresses just because i dislike them. Gief in Mika’s clothing. Sakura in Juri/Poison clothing. Poison… Idk. As for lili. She’ll be something…
