I haven’t researched much about KoFXIII, all I know is the arcade rip was fun as hell and I’m buying it 
Does that means we won’t see alternate costumes from original Tekken as well?

I am not worry about SF4 alt, because I am sure mod will work around
for transport them from SSF4 AE PC to SxT PC.
But what about alt for Tekken?

If Capcom didn’t make it at first, then how is mod suppose to transport it to SxT?

Eh, times change, if KoF XIII can let you make a Naked Raiden, then they can add a slider to this as well.

Legal issues that arise vary from game to game, depending on almost nothing but public knowledge.
DOAX was banned in several countries due to the presence of a nude mod, however other games with nude mods at the time (The Sims 2, for example) continued to be sold.
Having a high-profile game like Street Fighter with a publicly available skin-coloured, skin-tight suit on a female will bring Fox News running like a pack of stampeding bulls.

I think the costume swaps indicate characters actually in the game. The reason? Capcom couldn’t sell HALF of these costumes to casuals because they wouldn’t know who the fuck the costumes belong to. The costumes by themselves are atrocious, but only have novelty because they are inspired by other characters. We, as fighting game fans, know who R.Mika is, so we see the idea behind Kuma’s alt. A casual wouldn’t, so why the hell would they buy such a goofy ass costume?
Unless they wanted to make a Mika and Kuma team, which is why i personally believe the costume swaps are hints at characters to come.
And no, i don’t believe Lupinko’s bullshit. Not this time. He had mvc3 pegged down, but i don’t think he has the sfxt roster down. If he did, he would’ve revealed some juicy shit, not, what, Cody, Guy and Asuka? give me a fucking break. Sandal from Dragon Age would’ve guessed that shit.
He hinted at and revealed more than that.

Meh I haven’t checked the SF X Tekken board in a while, I was really really excited for this game too. Well, as long as I’ll get my excitement back before release then everythings perfect. I gotta say, the costumes and customization are pretty badass, im glad they are doing that. SF X Tekken seriously seems to have everything when it comes to modes and features which is awesome. Apart from a detailed tut mode and story of course
